FringeIT Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are used on fringeit.com (the "Site"), operated by FringeIT LLC, a Novavirt Inc. company.

We kept this short and accurate on purpose. This Site does not run marketing or advertising trackers, and we're not going to describe cookies we don't actually use.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They can be used for functional purposes (like keeping a site working correctly) or for tracking purposes (like following your activity across sites for advertising).

2. What This Site Actually Uses

We do not directly set any cookies of our own. We haven't built any login system, shopping cart, or personalization feature on this Site that would require it.

Formspree. When you submit the Talk to FringeIT contact form, that submission is processed by Formspree, our form-handling provider. Please refer to Formspree's own privacy and cookie documentation for details on how they handle data during form submission.

Vercel (hosting). Vercel, our hosting provider, does not set cookies on visitors to this Site as part of standard hosting. It logs standard server-side technical request data (see our Privacy Policy for details), which is a different thing from a cookie — it happens on Vercel's servers, not stored on your device.

Vercel Web Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate Site traffic. It is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or store identifiers on your device to track you across sites.

We do not use:

• Google Analytics or any cookie-based analytics platform
• Advertising or retargeting pixels (Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)
• Third-party marketing trackers of any kind

3. Managing Cookies

Because this Site does not set marketing or tracking cookies, there isn't much to opt out of here. If you'd like to control cookies generally, you can do so through your browser settings — most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies.

4. Changes to This Policy

If we ever add analytics, advertising, or additional functionality that changes what's described here, we'll update this policy and the "Last updated" date above — and where required by applicable law, we'll ask for your consent before any new tracking cookie is set.
